Monique Burnsed

Monique began her journey with Lighthouse as a Registered Behavior Therapist. She has 12+ years of experience as a nanny and working with young children. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University in 2013 with the goal of receiving her Masters degree in Clinical Counseling. She has volunteered her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for neglected and abused children and has experience with adults with intellectual disabilities. Monique has a passion for helping children reach developmental milestones and discover independence through ABA.

Monique now supports clients and staff as the full-time billing manager for Lighthouse.

In her free time Monique enjoys playing card games, discovering new coffee shops, doing group fitness activities, and she is very busy with her two young children.
