Monica Puckett has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, earned in 2016. With a passion for empowering individuals and families, she has taught parenting and communications classes, coached diverse age groups and needs, and helped clients develop essential skills for personal and relational growth.

Specializing in ADHD and depression, Monica employs a therapeutic approach that focuses on helping individuals realize their own potential while providing tools for effective life and mental management. She uses evidence-based techniques to foster resilience and emotional well-being, tailored to each client’s unique experiences.

An advocate for mental health awareness, Monica actively participates in community outreach programs to destigmatize mental health issues and promote healthy practices. In her free time, she enjoys her home life with her husband of 10 years and their blended family, which includes two given daughters, two chosen sons, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and a Boxer. She loves exploring nature, traveling, and family. A lifelong learner, she values the importance of balance and self-care in both personal and professional life.
