Kimberly Backaus, RBT

<p>Kimberly is originally from Wisconsin and recently moved to Colorado. She earned her degree in Psychology with minors in Biology and Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.</p><p>Kimberly is passionate about working with children and chose the field of Applied Behavior Analysis because of her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She has experience babysitting and has volunteered in church and school settings, where she supported children in learning new skills and participating in activities.</p><p>She is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive environment where each child can grow and thrive. Kimberly hopes to further her education in the field and pursue becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the future.</p><p>Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping, and loves exploring Colorado with her dog.</p>
