Francesca Ortega (She/Her)

As Director of Operations at Lighthouse Neurofeedback & Behavioral Health, Francesca Ortega oversees the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Neurofeedback/Psychotherapy departments. She works closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across programs. She is passionate about supporting clinical teams and staff, so they feel equipped to deliver high-quality, client-centered care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her background in behavioral health, neurodevelopmental services, and operations supports a hands-on approach to managing and improving organizational workflows. In addition to her work at Lighthouse, Francesca serves as a Regional Program Director for ACEing Autism, where she travels to cities across the United States to launch and support adaptive tennis programs for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Outside of work, Francesca is an avid skier, finding inspiration and balance in the beauty of Colorado’s mountains and nature.
