About Coreena "Coco" Menk, MA, LPCC (She/Her)
Coco earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and Religion from Rowan University before completing her Master’s degree in Transpersonal Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, with a concentration in Mindfulness Meditation. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating both psychotherapy and neurotherapy to support clients in understanding and creating meaningful change across the mind and body. In addition to this, Coco utilizes IFS-informed psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) for the treatment of recurring nightmares. She is passionate about helping clients understand not only what they are experiencing, but what may be happening beneath the surface. Together, she explores the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Coco believes therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and discover parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked or misunderstood. By exploring both conscious and subconscious experiences, she helps clients create greater awareness, integration, and connection within themselves—ultimately moving toward a greater sense of wholeness. Outside of therapy, Coco finds grounding through yoga, meditation, and dance, which continue to shape her appreciation for presence, balance, and cultivating a sense of tranquility in her interactions. Let’s stay curious.
