About Chloe Fondren, RBT
<p>Chloe earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a minor in Communications and a certificate in Public Health. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University while completing supervision hours toward earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.</p><p>Since beginning her work in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023, Chloe has supported neurodiverse children and families across clinic, school, and community-based settings. Her experience has strengthened her passion for helping children build communication, emotional regulation, social, and independent living skills through compassionate, individualized care. She is especially passionate about trauma-informed approaches that prioritize emotional safety, collaboration, and meaningful progress for both children and their families.</p><p>Outside of work and graduate school, Chloe enjoys snowboarding, staying active, exploring the mountains, cooking, and spending time outdoors.</p>
