Bayli Swett, MEd, RBT

<p>Bayli was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and earned her Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Edward’s University. She has been working in the field of ABA for nearly four years, supporting children and families in early intervention, intensive day treatment, and inpatient hospital settings. Her experience across both foundational learning environments and higher-acuity programs has shaped her thoughtful, compassionate approach to care.</p><p>Bayli is especially passionate about building meaningful relationships with the children and families she serves. She values collaboration with caregivers and believes that lasting progress happens when families feel supported, empowered, and understood. She is currently completing supervision hours as she works toward earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.</p><p>Outside of work, Bayli enjoys playing tennis, staying active, exploring new food spots and activities around Denver, painting, and spending time with her cat, Maple.</p>
